Prime X Society LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), owns and operates www.primexsociety.com and all affiliated websites and mobile versions (“Prime X Society”), a social media website and application service that allows creators to upload photos and videos to their profile (each, a “Creator”), set prices for access to that content, and pay to access that content (each purchaser, a “Fan”). The terms “you”, “your”, or “User” refer to all end users, whether Creators or Fans.

Important Notice

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which is a legal contract governing your use of Prime X Society, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Prime X Society.

By registering with and using Prime X Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Prime X Society after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

General Provisions

No Minors

Prime X Society contains adult-oriented content. You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Section 230(d) Notice

Parental control protections are available. Examples include:

• Net Nanny®

• CyberPatrol

• ASACP

No Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Prime X Society strictly prohibits CSAM.

No Prostitution or Sex Trafficking

Any involvement in prostitution or trafficking results in immediate account termination.

User Content

We do not own User Content. All transactions are between Users.

You may not copy or distribute content without permission.

Rights Reserved by the Company

We may:

• Modify or terminate services

• Suspend accounts

• Remove content

• Monitor activity

• Cooperate with law enforcement

• Change payment processors

License to Use Prime X Society

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Accounts

Fans

Must provide valid email, username, password, and payment method.

Creators

Must complete verification and provide payment details.

We may collect biometric data for verification.

User Certifications

You agree that:

• Information is accurate

• You are responsible for your account

• Credentials are secure

• You will notify us of breaches at: contact@primexsociety.com

Your Content

You retain ownership but grant us a license to use content for platform operation.

Co-Authored Content

You must:

• Verify identity and age of participants

• Obtain written consent

• Provide documentation upon request

Payments

Subscriptions

Recurring billing applies until canceled.

Wallets

Funds are generally non-refundable.

Trials

Auto-renew unless canceled.

Refunds

All purchases are generally final, with limited exceptions.

Payment Processing

We rely on third-party providers and are not liable for delays.

Taxes

Users are responsible for applicable taxes.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws

• Upload illegal or harmful content

• Share non-consensual content

• Use bots or automation

• Attempt fraud or impersonation

• Use AI-generated deceptive content

• Promote illegal activities

Violations may result in immediate termination.

We cooperate fully with authorities.

Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites.

Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding User Content) is owned by Prime X Society LLC and protected by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Prime X Society is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• User actions

• Data loss

• Service interruptions

• Security breaches

Maximum liability: $100 USD or amount paid

We aim to resolve within 7 business days.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Prime X Society LLC against losses arising from your use of the platform.

Arbitration Agreement

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not courts, except where prohibited by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement.

Assignment

We may transfer rights; you may not without consent.
